Wow! I'm a no-knead convert,

"I had given up on making homemade bread years ago but decided to give this recipe a try on a snowy weekend. I honestly didn't believe it would turn out until I bit into it. Wow! It was nice and chewy on the outside, but light on the inside. I can't tell you how it tastes the next day, because it was devoured on the spot by two adults and two small children. I spent maybe 10 minutes mixing up the dough, and another 10 minutes shaping the loaf -- worth every minute."
