Surprised and thrilled,

"I was a bit worried when I read the first review but I went ahead and tried the recipe anyway. Thank goodness I did. The cookies are fantastic. I;m not sure what the first person did wrong but they worked perfectly for me. They're kind of like melting moment shortbread cookies especially when they're hot. You almost don't need the icing sugar either but it is a nice touch anyway. When I baked them, the whole house smelt like hot chocolate. Definitely a keeper."
