"Used this on some pork ribs, baked them in a covered shallow pan in the oven at 250 for just over two hours, put them on a very hot charcole grill to brown them up, then used basic store brand bbq sauce (use whatever you like) turning freuqently to not let the sause burn. Let me tell you, fall off the bone tender and simply the best! just enough bite, very recomended!"
