"This recipe is as far off authentic as Entenman's bakery was recently. If any one cares, classical madeleine recipes can be found at google.fr (google france). The ingredients are
Pour 30 madeleines :
225 g de farine,
175 g de sucre,
100 g de beurre,
1 sachet de levure chimique,
4 oeufs,
1 citron,
1 pincée de sel.
That translates as flour, sugar, butter, yeast, eggs, Lemon and a pinch of salt. - happy baking (in other words, an omelet is an omelet and is not the same thing as a mud-pie)"
