"I was very, VERY pleased with this rub. I added an extra clove of garlic, well, okay, I added two extra and a pinch more of salt and kind of added a little of everything else to keep it even. I ended up with about with about 1.3 times the original. It coated 5 pounds of assorted pork chops (a family pack). I let it sit for about 70 minutes. Very Good! I will definitely be making this again. As much as I like to get my hands dirty, I found that using the back of a spoon worked best for application of this amazing rub. It was a little too spicy for my 2 and 4 year olds, but my kids over 8 loved it (and so did I)."
