"I made this for lunch today and the plate was completely clean aferwards , my family really enjoyed it . The sauce from the chicken really is delicious , i wish there had been more ! ( & more seffa too my children didn't need telling twice to eat ).
I never used all the butter and powered sugar quoted in the recipe for the seffa ( at the end ) , i found it didn't need that much , so i would keep on tasting it as you add it to see how much you like . I also added smen to the chicken and spices .
It really was a tasty meal even if i say so myself lol .I think i might now just have to invite some friends over for lunch !!!"
