totally delicious soup!,

"Wow, I had no idea how totally delicious this soup would be--I figured it would be filling and quick and fairly tasty, but it is actually really, really amazing--the cumin and smoked paprika elevate it way above ordinary lentil soup. Very southern Spain. Have it with some good bread and maybe a piece of cheese or some jamon serrano, and a nice glass of Spanish red.
I am extra delighted with this tasty soup because it was so quick and easy to make. It really does take like 10 minutes to prep and another 20 or so to simmer on the stove."
