Chicken in Garlic Sauce,

"Made this dish last night, and it was quite good. I altered the recipe to 2 chicken breasts, more bok choi, added thin-sliced mushrooms, and doubled the amount of sauce since I like to serve rice on the side and like the extra sauce. Next time I'm going to add another green onion in with the bok choi leaves for more flavor. I think you could add almost any other vegetable in with this like peas, or green beans, nothing too strong. Good flavor, the two of us almost finished the whole wok-full!"
