"I used this recipe 2 times now . The first time i used it as is and the brisket came out perfect . It was my first time smoking a brisket. actualy first time I smoked anything. the second brisket I did i added a teaspoon of cyanne for that sweet hot flavor, it was better yet. love both variations of this recipe . I found a great recipe and adjusted it for a different outcome. will use both again. thanks for the websight it has a ton of info."
