Cuban Pork Frank Paris Style, July 19, 2008

"I let the pork tenderloin marinate for 24 hours, poking it with a sharp two prong fork and turning it every 8 hours. I slice the tenderloin into 1/2 inch steaks, placing the seasoning on top of each slice (slice required steaks for number of servings). I place the remaining tenderloin on the side away from the heat. I cook until done and place my cheese, ham on the buns. Serve with pickles and whatever condiment desired. These sandwiches are the bomb!!!!!!"
