The Best Dairy Free Cookies,

"I have tried so many dairy free cookie recipes in the last year. They are either too dry, or just taste horrible! This recipe is by far the best I've had. They don't taste like something is missing. It doesn't matter that there isn't butter. My husband felt the same, and he has hated many, many dairy free desserts I've concocted. One thing I did substitute was the shortening. I used 1 cup of Smart Balance oil instead."
