"This is a restaurant-level recipe. Beware: it isn't for a quick meal, as it's quite time consuming. The time and effort involved is worth it. Using only fresh ingredients, the dish is very tasty. You can taste all the different flavours and textures. I've added a glove of garlic to the tomato sauce to give it that little extra oompf."
