"I use about half a frozen package of spinach squeezed dry with an entire can of mustard greens, including water. I toss that into the blender and blend nearly smooth. Then I follow the recipe, (mostly) I first added a few good shakes of asafoetida, (hing) and a big pinch of cumin seeds. Turns out great...authentic taste straight from Punjab!"
