The best Egg Foo Yung ever delicious!!,

"I can't eat gluten which is in almost almost every Chinese dish that is prepared in a restaurant. This recipe was so delicious and better then any Chinese restaurant that I ever ate at. It did take a long time to prepare but it was well worth it and I had leftovers for the next day. I added in one extra egg since mine seemed small even though they were large eggs. I did have a problem with the sauce - not sure what I did wrong so I need to practice making it so I can get the consistency and flavor of real Egg Foo Yung sauce. If anyone has any suggestions on the sauce that would be helpful. Overall the Egg Foo Yung was sooooo good, perfect texture and full of flavor. I used La Choy soy sauce, as it is the only one that I have found that is gluten free and I didn't have the sherry so I used white cooking wine which I think is about the same thing. I would definitely make this again."
