"Thank you for this delicious recipe. It tasted like a dish I had in Thailand and it was so easy to make. Chef John gave clear instuctions with no faffing about. Believe it or not, this is truly a dish that tasted even better than it looks. I made the dish as soon as I viewed the video, something I have never done before, I have since made it with other chicken pieces. Also, when the chicken comes out of the oven, before you put the sauce on, it tastes like KFC, so theres another option. Keep up the good work. x"
