"marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of 2/3 cups home made curd, 5 tsf of mint paste, 1 tsf ginger paste, 1 tsf garlic paste , salt to taste and paste of 1or 2 green chillies(optional) for 5 hours before grilling it or baking with all the marinade without any cover. a north indian dish."
