A bread recipe for people who don't make bread., December 4, 2008

"This no-knead bread is the first yeast bread I've ever made, and it came out perfectly. The dough was very soft and sticky, so I kept a small bowl of flour handy when I was working with it to keep it from adhering to my hands. The loaf itself is rustic and aromatic; it is definitely best the first day you cook it because the crust is still crunchy. Tomorrow I will use the remainder of this lovely bread to make french toast."
