"I just moved to Japan, leaving behind my most favorite place - The T Room in Montrose, CA. Well, since the move I've been craving cream and scones like crazy! Well, since I couldn't quite shake the craving, or find exactly what I was looking for - I resorted to making them myself. EGAD! No worries, though... This recipe is very easy to make, and it tastes great! Not only did I enjoy it, but my family did too! The only thing I would change, and this is probably a matter of preference, I'd make it just a bit thicker. Other than that, I will be using this recipe again and again!"
