CARPACCIO - AWAIT A MORE INTERESTING RECIP, October 16, 2008

"I find that the Carpaccio tasted quite unlike the one I have in my repetoir. The little punch from lemon and the strong flavour of anchovy over powered the delicate flavours of raw beef.
I will post my recipe in the near future."
