Okayu w/ chicken,

"I enjoy this recipe using leftover chicken to taste. I save the chicken bones and juices from a baked chicken from the grocery store the night before. I then throw everything in a pot and cook it as the recipe indicates. After boiling down, I remove the bones and add the sesame and green onions. This also works nicely using bones and meat from Thanksgiving too!"
