"I used salted butter and wouldn't next time. Where this recipe says "pourable", that doesn't happen, so microwave the batter slightly to make it pourable. I wouldn't smash the cookies as much. I would also bake it longer. The center seemed too wet. Be careful, you won't want to stop eating them."
