Great flavor without the heat, December 21, 2007

"I used this because my lightweight wife cant even handle the heat of a mild Louisiana style hot sauce. I injected this recipe in a bird I had planned to deep fry. It was way too windy to do it so we did it in the oven. The marinade was in the bird about 36 hours before cooking and I have to say, that was the best bird! seasoned perfectly and the breast meat actually had a really nice flavor. I am deep frying at Christmas too (weather permitting) and will be using this one again"
