A Pure Undiluted Delight!!!!!!!!!,

"Yes folks, Darlene does it again!! This one of the best stir frys I have ever had. My wife loved it more than I did. She would take a bite, smile, look at me and say "YUMMY!" She actually rated the dish a 9.5 out of 10! Not bad if I say so myself.
The flavors are rich, varied and also subtle, I spiced mine up a bit to give it more bite.
Use fresh ingredients and don't cut corners with this recipe. It's a winner!
My only question is why isn't Darlene publishing a Thai cookbook with all her fantastic recipes????
