Needs work,

"It's a great idea & I must admit I went at it with lots of enthusiasiam, but the final product I think I will have to work on before presenting to guests. It didn't develop the smooth elastic gluten like it should have and spread out more than rose up. My sister suggested adapting it to more of a biscuit or cracker product. Crumbly. Will work on it and update any adjustments I make."
