Olympics opening fun!,

"We served Beijing Bellinis at a dinner party for ten celebrating the opening of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. We had all visited China together in 2006. The drink was very smooth, unusual, and a great hit. Thanks for the recipe. I'd definitely make it again."
