delicious idea...needs a little punching up!,

"I made these, as a trial run, before a cocktail party I am hosting. I added fresh minced ginger and a squeeze of lime juice. For the actual party I plan to add MORE ginger, lime juice and maybe zest and maybe 1/2 tsp salt...they are delicious, but need a bit more flavour.
I chose to make these like a sausage roll...rolled one piece of puff pastry out, cut it into thirds then spread the mixture lengthwise down the pastry. I sealed the edges and ends, then placed the whole section on the cookie sheet. Once baked, I slice the roll on the diagonal and serve w/chili sauce. This way, it's a nice bite-sized appetizer that can be easily eaten with one hand!"
