Excellent Recipe with tweaking,

"Like the two previous reviewers, I tweaked the recipe a little. I used oil instead of butter and increased the flour to 1 1/2 cups. I used 2 1/2 medium bananas. I used the rapid bread setting for a 1 lb. loaf. It turned out moist and flavorful. It is just as delicious (or better) than traditional baking in the oven. I will definitely use this recipe often!"
