"Great recipe! I made it for the first time and it's very good~ Make sure you get the proper shiratama-ko or the texture will be way off. And be careful when handling the mochi..I think that was the most difficult part of this recipe. Also, leave the red beans to simmer a bit longer and kind of "mush them" for a smoother texture. ^_^ Yummy and tasty! Itadakimasu!"
