Good but ...,

"Made this for my son's trip home ... 1/2's the mustard (I don't like) and was still too much mustard even for him, and he likes mustard - so go easy to start. Otherwise is very good! Will make again taking the mustard a tsp at a time to get the zing. Oh, also left out the relish."
