Excellent Recipe,

"To start off with I do not use my wok because my gas stove just does not heat it enough. I use a 12 inch iron skillet that works wonderfully. I have made this recipe many times and when my friends know I am having this for dinner they always want to join us. I have also made this for 20 people at one of my friends workplace. They want me to make it for them more often too. I also use this recipe for making General Tsao's Chicken too. I just leave out the sesame seeds and sesame oil and add cayenne pepper, chopped very small. This will give it the heat. This is the only change I made. The flavor is wonderful and a crowd pleaser."
