"Not sure if I need to adjust my heat a bit, but I made this recipe to accompany a ropa vieja, and the yucca fell apart a bit during the boiling process- before the 30 minutes had passed. Perhaps I need to turn the heat down a bit, as my stovetop's flame can tend to be strong. I'll give it another try."
