tip for the caramel and noodle combining,

"Here's a tip...DO NOT pour the caramel mixture over the noodles. they WILL harden. instead, pour the noodles over the caramel and stir vigorously on a low heat until all the noodles are covered. then pour it all into the dish. make sure the kugel is AT LEAST 2" high. if it's any thinner, it'll come out like a sad sad kugel rock."
