LOVE this recipe!,

"I made this dish as part of a mid-east cuisine dinner for my family of 8. It was incredibly simple and very delicious. I was a little skeptical of how the raisins would play into things but it adds a nice sweet flavor and works really well with carrots and couscous. This recipe was also more than enough for everyone. Tastes great with some homemade tabbouleh salad and hummus on the side!"
