"I already tried this recipe last weekend, it is really delicious and will do this over and over again. I made a bit of modification, in place of saba, I used bluefin tuna. Since I don't have available sake, I used 6 tbsp. of takara mirin. Too bad because I forgot to take picture on finished product."
