Surprising Potato Salad,

"I was apprehensive about making this at first, because I am used to traditional creamy American potato salad, but I gave this a whirl anyway. I am so glad I did! It was very flavorful and wasn't dry like I assumed it would be. This recipe was simple and delicious...definitely a keeper!"
