Easy and great,

"Just would add if a person doesnt like cardamom they can omit it and instead add 1/4 teaspoon almond or even peppermint extract. We love these and I make them year round because the cookie isnt heavy. We make homemade whipped cream and fill them with it, and serve with a bowl of fresh strawberries, peaches etc."
