Delicious and Easy to Make Sorbet!!!,

"This sorbet recipe was so easy, I thought it wouldn't taste good. Expected it to be all granular (like bad homemade ice cream), but it was fantastic! I skipped the optional step of straining out the mango fiber and was sure my husband wouldn't like it (he normally hates the stringy bits), but even he agreed that it was delicious. The mango taste is just wonderful - i think it's because the fruit isn't cooked at all so it retains all that wonderful fresh fruit flavor. Definitely a winner! I will make it again when company come."
