"You need to add cardamom, cinnamin, fennel, cloves corriander, along with the star anise. You should have about two parts cinnamin, star anise and cloves to one part fennel, cardamom and corriander...Also for the beef bones you want to use whatever has the most cartilage...ie knuckle bones/leg bones. This should help"
