"I love fried oysters at the restaurant and now I can easily make them at home! I can't believe how simple the recipe is or else I'd be making them myself instead of paying an arm-and-a-leg to eat out! Of course, the finishing touch is the tonkatsu sauce, but just adding a little salt and pepper prior to flouring the oysters enhances the flavor."
