Freeze them for late night snacks, November 1, 2009

"Never liked buffalo wings but DH does, so when I found wings on sale for 79 cents a pound, I looked up this recipe and the step by step that goes with it (http://americanfood.about.com/od/keytipstechniques/ss/chicwingsbs.htm).

I also used brown rice flour instead of white flour. That was only change.

After baking and coating with sauce, I froze them in even dozens in a quart ziplock. They were so good, I even ate them! We cooked them once and had them five times! So good. Much cheaper than those ready made frozen ones and not as much breading."
