Italian treat without the guilt,

"I loove Italian dishes and so does my mum and brother, but they always seem to be loaded with rich fatty sauces that i crave during a lasagne, spag bol, or pizza and even tortellini.
I made this and its simple and reasonably quick to make.
I did add a little pinch of sugar to the tomato sauce."
