Easy, flexible and great taste.,

"I did this recipe for a early game at Arrowhead, I used some deer sausage I had that was a mix with pork and beef. I also added red and green pepper and some onions. I did another one for my wife who doesnt eat meat that had those fake breskfast sausage paddies from Morningstar Farms instead. Both were tasted great, and I ate the left overs for breakfast the next couple days.
The white bread provides a nice base to the casserole so that it doesnt fall apart when you are eating or serving it, which works great when your not eating in a traditional manner."
