"This was a very tasty recipe for mashed sweet potatoes. My only problem was after mashing them by hand I used my mixer to make it smooth and the end result was quite pasty in texture. Next time I will only mash them by hand and try to keep some chunks/texture in the dish. Other than that my family flipped for this one!"
