Very delicious and easy,

"I made these 3 days ago, and they were very easy to make, and very yummy. I would definitely make them again. I made regular marshmallows in December, and I found these were a bit easier to work with when cutting. My Kitchen Aide mixer had no trouble whipping the mixture for 15 minutes, either."
