"I don't measure, and I used boneless thighs instead of breasts, but it was a hit tonight! The kids were wandering in as I was cooking to see what smelled so good. dh will be late for dinner, and I had to secure a portion for him because it was going fast.
Maybe I used too much liquid because it took a while for the liquid to reduce, but no problem really. Still fast and easy."
