"I like it!! This works with other nuts too, like almonds and hazelnuts. One little trick for working with caramelized sugar. If you get a silicone mat, spread the coated nuts out quickly (use a wooden spoon, it doesn't retain the heat from the sugar as much as say a metal spoon, and doesn't melt like a plastic one), and when it's cooled, it peels off easily from the mat. They can withstand the heat up to 450F so it's a cook's necessity!!"
