"I liked this very much. Paprika gives this a flavor that's a little different from my usual repertoire, and that's a plus. Not spicy, just added depth from the paprika. Very nice sauce results, with a consistency I like, and all the peppers are yummy. No tricks to the preparation. My only problem was I don't know what's meant by "fresh raw ham", so I just added a small chunk of fresh pork with its bone. Everyone liked this, and I'll make it again. Using a whole chicken, cut up, usually means cost savings too."
