"I never needed a recipe to make this. I'm Japanese and I ate it A LOT in the summer! It's the only thing you want to eat! When I make mine, I put the noodles in a big serving bowl, and submerge the noodles with cold(sometimes ice) water. I also add a lot of shouga to my dipping sauce! LOVE somen!"
