Pickle Soup for Everybody!, May 29, 2008

"I just made my first batch of Polish Dill Pickle Soup #2, yesterday. It is really good.

I probably will modify the recipe slightly -- I like a very thick soup but I like chunks, too. I think next time I'll use more potatoes, remove some after cooking but before finishing the soup and pureeing it, then return the reserved potato chunks back in."
