Works on the grill, too,

"This recipe, though simple and seemingly obvious, was not something I had ever tried with cauliflower. We get a share of a CSA farm, and last week's cauliflower was so good, I bought more at the farmer's market from our farmer. But since it is summer, I didn't want to do much cooking in the house. I decided this recipe could easily be adapted for the grill, and I was right. I used tinfoil, but otherwise prepared the cauliflower exactly the same. I was able to control the temp on my grill more or less around 400, and the result was delicious. I will be using this again, and maybe even trying some variations."
